Moving Mindset Sessions are a unique blend of fitness and mindfulness designed to strengthen both body and mind. Each 60-minute session is divided into two parts: the first 30 minutes focus on intentional movement to build strength, energy and confidence, while the second 30 minutes guide you through mental health practices that support resilience, mindfulness, and emotional balance. It’s not just a workout, it’s a practice in balance, growth and confidence.

Each one-on-one session is tailored to your individual goals—whether that’s improving fitness, increasing energy, or creating sustainable habits. With personalized guidance, encouragement, and accountability, you’ll have the tools to move forward both physically and mentally.
Behavioral Coaching | Mindset Approach | $70
Behavioral Coaching at The Moving Mindset focuses on the habits, mindset, and daily choices that shape your overall well-being. In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll gain practical tools to overcome obstacles, create healthier routines, and strengthen the connection between your mental and physical health. With personalized support and accountability, behavioral coaching helps you move past barriers and step into lasting growth and resilience.

Monthly Moving Mindset Sessions
Our monthly program offers a consistent and supportive space to continue building physical and emotional resilience. With 8 small-group sessions each month (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 AM), each class includes 30 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of DBT-inspired mindset coaching.
This ongoing option is perfect for maintaining momentum, reinforcing key skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, and staying connected to your growth goals.
Billing is monthly and continues until canceled. Whether you're continuing from a previous module or just starting out, these sessions help you reset, stay accountable, and keep moving forward—one mindful step at a time.

6-Week Module
This 6-week module is a structured and supportive wellness program designed to help you build both physical strength and emotional resilience. Each module focuses on a single core DBT-inspired skill like mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, radical acceptance, ect. allowing you to practice and apply it in real time.
You’ll meet twice a week, with required sessions on Thursdays at 8:00 AM and optional support sessions on Tuesdays at 8:00 AM. Each session is one hour long, split into 30 minutes of intentional movement and 30 minutes of mindset coaching in a small-group setting (limited to 4–6 participants).
The full module includes 12 total sessions (6 required + 6 optional) This cost $250 with $125 deposit and the remainder $125 can be paid over the time of the module. This program is perfect for anyone ready to grow physically, mentally and emotionally in a safe, empowering space.

12-Week Module
The 12-week module offers a deeper, more immersive wellness experience for those ready to fully commit to physical and emotional growth. This extended program allows you to work through two DBT-inspired skills in depth such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, radical acceptance, etc. building strong habits that last well beyond the program.
You’ll meet twice a week, with required sessions on Thursdays at 8:00 AM and optional support sessions on Tuesdays at 8:00 AM. Each one hour session includes 30 minutes intentional movement and 30 minutes of mindset coaching, delivered in a small-group setting of just 4–6 participants for individualized support.
The full 12 weeks include 24 total sessions (12 required + 12 optional)This cost $425 with $125 deposit and the remainder $300 can be paid over the time of the module. This program is perfect for anyone seeking consistency, deeper transformation and a strong foundation of wellness in both body and mind.

• Mental Wellness - 30 minutes of guided practices like breathwork, journaling, or DBT skills

What to bring
Comfortable clothes, water bottle and an open mind. Everything else will be provided.
