Hi, I’m TeeJay Vago, my journey into health and fitness started long before I earned my certifications. For me, movement has always been more than just exercise..it’s been a way to heal, reset and reconnect with myself during some of life’s toughest moments. Over the years, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about building strength in the body but also building resilience in the mind. That’s why I created The Moving Mindset! To bring both sides together. As a Certified Health & Fitness Trainer and a Behavioral Coach, my mission is to guide others in finding that same balance. Pushing their bodies, calming their minds and discovering what it means to feel truly strong inside and out.
